Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking Health Visitors to join a high performing service across Buckinghamshire. You will lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within a collaborative team of Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses.

Qualifications

• Mentoring and supervision experience in a health visiting setting.
• Ability to write detailed client care reports for multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of a Community Health Visiting team.
• Support and supervise Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses.
• Provide preceptorship and ongoing professional development for newly qualified Health Visitors.
• Travel to various community sites daily and contribute to service development.
