NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a qualified Health Visitor to join the Children and Families Team at Pollok Health Centre on a part-time basis (Thursday and Friday).
You will act as the named Health Visitor for birth to school entry, assess and promote child health, and collaborate with families and multi-agency professionals to safeguard children and support early intervention. A live NMC pin and master's level qualification are essential.
