Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in a customer service-related role is expected.
• Experience with typing, computer training or equivalent coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and orient newly admitted and transferred patients.
• Respond to patient call lights and make rounds.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Assist patients and families with wayfinding and directing to resources.
• Assemble and maintain patient medical records and related documents.
