Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Health Technology Consulting to drive technology-enabled transformations for health clients across the UK. You will lead digital strategy, analytics, AI initiatives and operational improvements while collaborating with multi-disciplinary EY teams.

The role focuses on translating UK healthcare needs into practical technology solutions, with emphasis on data quality, governance and stakeholder engagement. London or regional offices required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in health sector consulting in the UK, ideally NHS exposure.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare trends, policies and UK stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of a delivery team on technology consulting projects in healthcare, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic, operational, clinical and technology needs and develop user-centered solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including data analytics, AI, automation, reporting and service improvement.
• Analyse healthcare systems, processes and data to identify opportunities for innovation and productivity gains.
• Liaise between technical teams and clinical/operational users to ensure practical, safe solutions aligned with workflows.
• Develop analytics and reporting solutions, including data integration and data quality.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to shape requirements and build consensus.
• Produce clear, evidence-based analyses and client deliverables for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to pursuits and bids with compelling technology-enabled solutions and responses to tenders.
• Support growth in EY Health Practice across the UK with solution development and client engagement.
• Mentor junior consultants to strengthen technology, data and health capability within the team.
• Keep abreast of healthcare trends and regulatory changes to inform consulting strategies.
