Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Health and Business Consulting to lead transformation programmes across health and care services in the UK and Ireland. You will act as delivery lead on healthcare consultancy projects, shaping solutions, partnering with clients, and mentoring junior consultants while staying abreast of regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, deep healthcare sector knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health related subject or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional services experience in a healthcare context.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare trends in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Act as delivery lead on healthcare consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop client relationships and tailor solutions for healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to bids and pursuits, helping design solutions and respond to tenders.
• Contribute to broader business development in the UK Health Practice.
• Support analysis of healthcare systems, policies, and practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagements to gather insights and drive objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, supporting professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategies.
