Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Business Manager: Health Services, Technology to drive performance excellence and strategic business management. You will lead performance frameworks, oversee business planning cycles and align with the workforce strategy for cross-functional teams.

This role is hybrid (up to 3 days WFH) with locations in London, Manchester, Leeds or Staines. Salary starts from £70,000 (DOE) with a 10% bonus and the role requires 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with strategic mindset.
• Experience in transitioning from outsourced to insourced operations.
• Ability to drive performance frameworks and operating plans.
• Comfortable coordinating across finance, people, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and product-centric delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Define performance metrics and monitor delivery against goals.
• Lead quarterly and annual performance reviews and actions.
• Align metrics with budget and workforce planning with Finance and People.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan and team planning cycles.
• Drive Agile and product-centric ways of working across the team.
