Experis is seeking a Customer Project Manager for Healthcare IT to lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare IT implementations in the UK. This is a remote role with occasional travel to customer sites; you will own delivery, governance, budgets, risks, and handover to operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in healthcare IT projects, experience with PACS, RIS, VNA or Digital Pathology, strong radiology workflow knowledge, and holds PRINCE2 or PMP.

Competenze

• 6+ years' experience delivering customer-facing healthcare IT projects.
• Experience across PACS, RIS, VNA, Digital Pathology, Medical Imaging or Healthcare Informatics.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, change control, and governance.
• Experience leading steering committees, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage clinical, operational, technical, supplier, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects from planning through go-live, hypercare, and service transition.

Customer Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

Rate: £400.00 - £435.00 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to customer sites as required
Clearance Required: BPSS

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare IT implementation projects across complex healthcare environments.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of project delivery, managing stakeholders, governance, budgets, risks, and implementation activities from initiation through to go-live and operational handover.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 6+ years' experience delivering customer-facing healthcare IT projects.
• Proven delivery experience across:
  • PACS
  • RIS
  • VNA
  • Digital Pathology
  • Medical Imaging or Healthcare Informatics solutions
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, change control, and governance.
• Experience leading steering committees, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage clinical, operational, technical, supplier, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects from planning through go-live, hypercare, and service transition.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Desirable Skills

• Experience delivering healthcare imaging solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare governance, procurement, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cloud-hosted healthcare solutions.
• Experience managing imaging migrations, platform consolidations, or managed service transitions.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
