Job summary

Learning Curve Group is seeking a Health and Social Care Tutor to deliver a timetable of teaching and assessment for 16-19 learners across Health, Social Care and Children & Young People settings. The role supports learners to gain qualifications while boosting confidence and soft skills.

Vocational education level is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning and assessment as agreed with your Community Study Programme Manager.
Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members that is compliant with all external requirements.
Ensure that support systems are provided to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression.
Complete all E-registers in a timely manner to the required standards; monitor attendance and performance of learners and report to management.
Deliver teaching, learning and assessment to provide a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
Ensure individual learning plans and progress reviews are completed to learner requirements with SMART targets.
