Job summary

Learning Curve Group in Leeds is seeking an Early Years Tutor to join our Community Study Programme Team. You will deliver teaching and assessment to learners aged 16-19 aiming for Level 3 qualifications, with coordination of learning plans and progress reviews.

The role is part-time (18 hours per week) with a permanent contract, offering opportunities to develop practice, engage with safeguarding, and contribute to the learners' confidence and employability within Health, Social Care and

Qualifications

Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification
Hold Assessing Qualification
Relevant Occupational Experience in Early Years
Level 3 and above sector qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning and assessment as agreed with your Community Study Programme Manager.
Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members that is compliant with external requirements.
Ensure support systems are provided to facilitate retention, achievement and progression.
Complete E-registers in a timely manner and monitor attendance and progression.
Deliver teaching, learning and assessment ensuring a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
Ensure individual learning plans and progress reviews are completed for learners, including smart targets.
