Job summary

OneAdvanced in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director, Services (Health) to shape and lead the Services strategy for the Health portfolio. You will unify Support and Professional Services, delivering value through advisory and data-enabled services, while driving customer outcomes and revenue growth.

You will set direction with the Health Customer Unit and senior leaders, building a high‑performing team and a scalable operating model across a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across Support and/or Professional Services within SaaS, enterprise software or another complex technology environment.
• Proven track record of improving customer experience, reducing support demand and strengthening SLA performance at scale.
• Experience evolving a services model toward advisory, data or expert services.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for Health Services across the portfolio and align with the Services strategy.
• Own service performance from onboarding to retention and account growth.
• Lead customer experience improvements, responsiveness and resolution times.
• Drive services revenue while transitioning to higher-value advisory and data services.
• Establish scalable service models with consistency across the organisation.
• Provide governance and accountability across Support, Professional Services and Deployment.
