Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a Senior Director, Services (Health) to shape and lead the Health Services strategy, integrating Support and Professional Services for a scalable delivery model. You will drive customer outcomes, retention and service revenue while guiding a high-performing team in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across Support and/or Professional Services within SaaS, enterprise software or another complex technology environment.
• Proven track record of improving customer outcomes, retention and service performance at scale.
• Experience evolving a services model from traditional delivery to higher-value advisory, data or expert services.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for Health Services across the portfolio with a consistent approach.
• Own service performance from onboarding to ongoing support, retention and growth.
• Drive customer experience improvements, satisfaction and faster resolution times.
• Lead efforts to grow services revenue and transition to higher-value advisory and data services.
• Establish scalable service models balanced for different customer needs across the organisation.
