Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Health, Safety and Security Reporting & IT Systems Lead in Durrington, West Sussex. The role is hybrid and permanent, offering a pivotal function to improve safety and security insights across the business.

You will own HSSW reporting, develop dashboards, and lead data governance, aligning with regulatory and governance requirements to support executive decision-making and board-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reporting, systems or data-analyst role within a complex organisation.
• Experience developing dashboards and management information for senior reporting.
• Experience administering or superuser of business systems, preferably safety, security or risk platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve HSSW reporting processes for operational teams and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain HSSW dashboards and MI including risk trends and incident data.
• Define and govern HSSW data standards and reporting controls.
