Job summary

ONFAB is seeking an experienced Health Safety Quality & Environment (HSQE) Manager to lead compliance, quality assurance and improvement across the business at Middlewich, Cheshire. This role reports to the General Manager and drives ISO 9001 standards and a culture of continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSQE, Quality or Health & Safety management.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
• Experience managing ISO 9001 systems.
• Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related discipline.
• Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
• Experience in pharma or specialist manufacturing sectors.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSQE) Manager to lead compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across our business.

The role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead ONFAB's health, safety, quality and environmental activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining ISO 9001 standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with employees across engineering, manufacturing and operations to promote best practice, manage risk and enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities
