• Established experience within a health & safety role.
• Experience within multi-site locations is desirable.
• Proven record of promoting a positive health & safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Undertake audits and workplace inspections to improve safety management practices.
• Provide reports to assist Halfords in improving health & safety performance.
• Conduct investigations for accidents and incidents.
• Provide expert advice on health & safety matters when needed.
• Liaise with enforcement agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
