Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 4 NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety Practice (pursuing Chartered status)
• Understanding of health and safety in the workplace
• Chartered IOSH membership

Responsibilities

• Assist Estates and HSQE Manager to monitor compliance with health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
• Provide health and safety advice, guidance and training to employees and managers
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and report to HSE as required
• Develop, review and update health and safety policies and safe systems of work
