Job summary

Tatton Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our client in Warwickshire. You will provide expert HSE guidance to managers and staff, lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation.

The role requires strong communication, independent working style, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Relevant NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications are desirable, with ongoing professional engagement desired.

Qualifications

• Experience as Health & Safety Advisor/Officer.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
• Experience carrying out risk assessments and investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide health & safety advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Support HSE reporting and corrective actions.
• Review and update policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
• Deliver health & safety training and awareness.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
