Health & Safety Officer (Part Time), Leicestershire

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Officer to work part-time at a busy engineering site in South Leicestershire. The client requires someone to work on-site 3 days per week, handling all health and safety matters, such as audits, workplace inspections, machine inspections, risk assessments, and general health & safety administration.

This is an office-based role (no hybrid working), strictly for 3 days per week due to operational needs.

Key Details:

• Position: Permanent
• Salary: £40K – £45K (Pro Rata & depending on experience)
• EU work permit required: Yes

Candidate Requirements:

• Solid work history in a similar role, ideally with an engineering background
• Local to Lutterworth/South Leicestershire (no extended commutes)
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to get along with
• Practical understanding of health and safety, beyond theoretical knowledge
• Ability to commit to 3 days per week without expecting hybrid working
