Who We Are

Our multi-company group specializes in maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services with a growing national footprint. With ambitious plans for further national expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry.

We are currently looking for a Health & Safety Officer to join our team.

You will be expected to travel in the role and cover Winchester, Oxford, Swindon, and Watford.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To further develop our health, safety, quality, and compliance procedures and processes.
  2. To implement and carry out on-site safety audits across the South East.
  3. Provide feedback from site audits and follow-up action plans.
  4. Assist with Toolbox Talks and training.
  5. Support certification and associated third-party audits.
  6. Drive environmental improvements across the company.
  7. Assist in writing risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans.
  8. Work with all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet our requirements.
  9. Undertake supply chain audits and provide detailed feedback on areas of improvement.
  10. Ensure that all accidents, incidents, and near misses are investigated, reported, and recorded.
  11. Produce accurate reports in a timely manner as required.
  12. Arrange and carry out emergency evacuation drills (fire drills).
  13. Monitor and correct non-compliance issues across the business.
  14. Maintain our ISO accreditation.
Essential Skills & Experience
  1. Experience working in the construction, building, or facilities management industry.
  2. Practical knowledge of working in a similar role and familiarity with current regulations.
  3. NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent.
  4. Full driving license.
