Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to uphold high standards across the Banbury manufacturing site. You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels to enhance safety, environmental performance and workplace culture.

Responsibilities include maintaining risk assessments and safe systems of work, supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, managing incident reporting, conducting audits and training, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety systems.
• Good understanding of ISO 14001.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Confident working independently and with teams at all levels.
• ISO 4501/ISO 14001 Auditor experience or qualifications would be an advantage.
