They are searching for a Health and Safety Officer who will be vital to implementing and ensuring all policies and standards are maintained as the company continues to grow. Working alongside a health and safety consultant, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop their career in health and safety.

The Role

1. Develop and implement Health and Safety Policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
2. Work proactively with Managers and employees to establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices across the organisation
3. Ensure the organisation complies with current Health & Safety legislation, Insurance criteria, approved codes of practice, and guidance in relation to employment and service provision

You The Candidate

• Minimum NEBOSH certificate in Health and Safety management
• Experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment
• Good knowledge of COSHH and EHS management systems

If successful, the salary for this position is £30k-£35K + an attractive benefits package. The hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00 with some flexibility.
