Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Health and Safety Manager for a premier health and wellness club in the UK. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to health and safety standards across the site.

You will lead a team, train staff and self-employed contractors, and guarantee compliance with regulations while delivering excellent customer service in a service-led facility.

Qualifications

• Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification.
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc).
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience in maintaining and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience leading a team in a service-led facility (e.g. restaurant, leisure).
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager to ensure smooth operation of the club.
• Lead and train a team, including self-employed contractors.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

About you :
