RML Roofing Contractor, Scaffold Management and 4 Construction Management form MGT Group. Health & Safety Manager to own H&S across three companies, report to board, and lead on-site safety across projects nationwide.

You will manage RAMS, CDM 2015 compliance, investigations, and client audits, while delivering toolbox talks and inductions. Travel nationwide with a hybrid Liverpool base, driving safety culture and governance.

Competenze

• NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate is required
• CMIOSH or working towards it preferred
• Experience managing H&S for a contractor, including RIDDOR and HSE liaison
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and principal contractor duties
• Construction site experience, especially work at height
• Experience running accreditations and client audits
• Credibility with operatives and directors to stop unsafe work and explain reasons

• Own H&S policy, strategy, and management system across three companies
• Report H&S to the CEO and board, on-site with teams weekly
• Lead RAMS sign-off, CDM 2015 compliance, and inspections
• Manage CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, and client audits
• Oversee training plans, budgets, and medicals for H&S team
• Maintain comprehensive H&S records across all sites and projects
