Job summary

RML Roofing Contractor is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor who will be on site daily with maintenance gangs across the country, ensuring RAMS are followed and unsafe work is stopped on the spot. You will deliver toolbox talks and inductions face to face, maintaining inspections and CDM documentation.

You'll need NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or working towards IOSH Managing Safely), solid site experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or working towards it with IOSH Managing Safely held.
• Construction site experience, particularly work at height.
• A working understanding of CDM 2015.
• Willing to cover the whole country on site daily, across multiple sites.
• Practical and credible with operatives to stop a job and explain why.

Responsibilities

• Check site set-up, access, and edge protection daily.
• Ensure RAMS are followed and unsafe work is stopped on site.
• Deliver toolbox talks and inductions face to face.
• Maintain inspections, actions, and CDM documentation in date order.
