VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety excellence across civils projects. The role is based on the Didcot, Oxfordshire project within the Strategic Projects division.

You will ensure compliance with legislative and corporate standards, drive Safety Management Systems, coordinate risk assessments and audits, and engage with stakeholders to improve safety performance. A NEBOSH Diploma and internal audit experience are highly valued.

Formación

• NEBOSH Diploma in OSH or equivalent required.
• Qualified internal safety auditor; Lead Auditor helpful.
• BS OHSAS 18001:2007 knowledge and surveillance visits experience.
• Understanding of current and impending health & safety legislation.
• Good presentation, written, analytical and IT skills.
• Training and presentation experience across all levels.
• Interpersonal skills to guide/train at all levels.
• Construction/Civil safety experience.

Responsabilidades
