A leading logistics provider is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to promote safety in their Southampton site while overseeing compliance across locations. You will leverage your NEBOSH qualification and management experience to lead health and safety initiatives, coaching teams, and monitoring safety functions. Here at GXO we are looking for a safety driven and experienced Health & Safety Manager to a growing contract, based at our Southampton site, with regular travel across two others sites in Fareham & Thatcham
You’ll promote occupational health, safety and environmental awareness and site facilities and monitor that safety related functions, including risk assessments and training are being satisfactorily completed.
This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday, during office hours. However, being in a managerial role, we do ask for a level of flexibility.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
