The Role
We are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) to lead our Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality agenda across multiple high-end residential sites across London and the home counties. Working closely with our Site Managers, you will play a critical role in championing best practice, maintaining compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with a split between site visits and office-based reporting and planning. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how SHEQ is delivered across the business and will be pivotal in driving behavioural safety and regulatory excellence.
