Introduction

We are partnering with a leading Facilities Management organisation to recruit an H&S Manager. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of their team and compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating health and safety activities, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to all safety standards to prevent workplace incidents and maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shape Policies: Assist in creating and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures.
2. Assess Risks: Conduct or coordinate method statements and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend safety measures.
3. Track Incidents: Maintain detailed records of workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
4. Coordinate Training: Organize and monitor health and safety training sessions to ensure team preparedness.

What We Are Looking For

1. Experience with Risk Assessment: Ability to identify, evaluate, and propose solutions for workplace hazards.
