Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to support the safe delivery of world-class events, both on-site and in remote environments. You will collaborate with production, technical and operations teams during build, events and derig phases, ensuring high safety standards across the championship.

The role demands practical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and a willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of health and safety within production/broadcast environments.
• Ability to develop risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation.
• Experience completing workplace audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Support safe delivery of Formula 1 events and non-track productions.
• Lead safety plans, risk assessments and compliance documentation.
• Investigate incidents and drive safety improvements across teams.
• Provide pragmatic safety advice onsite and remotely.
