Job summary

Formula Fast Ltd. is seeking a decisive Race Director to oversee premier event operations. You will lead the Race Marshal team, manage on-track activity, and make safety-critical decisions to ensure fair, professional racing experiences.

You will mentor marshals, coordinate with event hosts and duty managers, and maintain calm, authoritative leadership in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the Race Marshal team during events.
• Delegating trackside responsibilities and ensuring coverage.
• Overseeing all on-track activity to ensure safety and fairness.
• Making decisions related to incidents, penalties and driver conduct.
• Mentoring Race Marshals to maintain high standards.
• Communicating with Activity Hosts and Duty Managers throughout the day.
• Maintaining a professional, calm and decisive approach in a fast-paced environment.
