Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Senior Security Coordinator to join the Security team. You will report to the Security Operations Lead and coordinate planning, implementation, and ongoing delivery of security measures for Formula 1 events.

Responsibilities include supporting promoter briefings, maintaining security documentation, and developing risk-based security strategies aligned with F1 standards. Global coordination with law enforcement and security partners will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering security programmes with a focus on customer-facing outcomes.
• Knowledge of physical security, personnel protection and security technologies.
• Experience in crisis and incident management, data security matters and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Grand Prix and events by coordinating with promoters and compiling required documentation.
• Ensure security documentation aligns with the F1 Safety & Security Framework and strategy.
• Assist in communicating the security framework to promoters and ensure compliance from the outset.
• Attend regular promoter meetings to review security plans and provide operational oversight.
