Salary: Up to £50,000 pa + Extensive Benefits Package

The Role

1. Leading onsite health & safety management with a focus on legal compliance and continuous improvement.
2. Driving the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 H&S systems.
3. Conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, and behavioural safety initiatives.
4. Investigating incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
5. Engaging teams through toolbox talks, training sessions, and committee leadership.
6. Promoting a culture of ownership and proactive safety engagement at all levels.
