HSE Manager. Join my client's team and play a vital role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental excellence at their 5 London dining facilities and their Central Food Production unit.

As an HSE Manager, you'll champion a culture of safety and compliance, protecting their people, safeguarding the processes, and ensuring they deliver high-quality food products in a sustainable way.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies and systems across the CPU.
  • Assist the Sector Head of QHSE Manager in developing and supporting the CPU & delivery sites, particularly around new developments and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and HSE regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Monitor waste management, hygiene practices, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement to meet ISO, HACCP, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with production and quality teams to uphold world-class food safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • HSE experience in the food processing or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and local food safety regulations.
