Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management.
• Experience in auditing and compliance assurance within housing or property environments.
• Ability to develop policy and deliver health and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead on auditing, compliance monitoring and incident investigations.
• Develop policies, manage contracts and drive improvements towards standards such as ISO 45001.
• Provide specialist health and safety advice and support managers and contractors.
