Job summary

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust are hiring a Compliance and Health & Safety Administrator to provide essential admin support across compliance and safety teams. The role oversees records for gas, asbestos, legionella, electrical tests and lifting equipment, and helps with customer service, meetings, reporting and KPI dashboards.

Hybrid working arrangement in the UK. The role requires strong Word/Excel skills and experience in regulated environments;

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office and web-based applications; strong Excel skills.
• Experience in social housing or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to the Compliance and Health & Safety teams.
• Manage routine enquiries, update systems, and maintain records for compliance areas (gas, asbestos, legionella, electrical testing, lifting equipment).
• Support customer service, meeting preparation, reporting, training events, system updates, and contribute to KPIs and dashboards.
