Scottish Water is seeking a Health & Safety Competence & Training professional to strengthen how competence is defined, assured and improved across the organisation. You will work with Health & Safety, Learning & Development and assurance teams to turn evidence into practical improvements that keep people safe.

You’ll analyze data, produce reports and support continuous improvement projects while contributing to a positive safety culture throughout the business.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical, organised and improvement-focused with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Experience across Health & Safety, Learning & Development, assurance, quality, governance or performance reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of assurance processes, competence frameworks or training governance is advantageous.
• Experience using Power BI is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support and strengthen Health & Safety learning and assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain Health & Safety competence frameworks and training arrangements.
• Deliver training assurance reviews and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Analyze training data to identify risks, trends and areas for improvement.
• Produce clear reports and contribute to performance dashboards for decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improvements and embed a positive safety culture.
