Job summary

Navartis Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a major Battery Storage construction project in Exeter, reporting to the Senior HSE Manager. You will provide technical HSE advice, assist with RAMS, CPP, and safety compliance while engaging site teams and clients on a wide range of safety activities.

The role requires NEBOSH General/Construction and IOSH qualifications, full UK driving licence, and a commitment to on-site, full-time work through the contract duration with ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for reports, investigations and meetings.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders including site teams, contractors and regulators.
• Hands-on H&S advisory experience on civil or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE management plans, RAMS, CPP, KPI and other project safety documents.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety engagement across site teams.
• Provide technical HSE input for planning, monitoring, and issue resolution.
