Job summary

Jones Bros Ltd is seeking a competent Health & Safety Advisor to join our Battery Storage construction project in Exeter. You will provide HSE technical advice to sites and support the Contracts team, with potential to work on nationwide projects in the future.

Reporting to the Contracts Director and Senior HSE Manager, the role involves planning, risk assessment, incident investigations and ensuring compliance with our management system across operations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate required.
• IOSH certification or working towards chartered status.
• Experience in a hands-on HSE advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review HSE management plans and RAMS.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks on site.
• Provide technical HSE advice and support to projects.
• Oversee incident management and investigation processes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures across sites.
