Job summary

Safetykleen is hiring a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Advisor for our manufacturing operations. You will drive a robust HSEQ culture, perform audits and investigations, and coach teams to maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across multiple sites.

The role involves close collaboration with managers and operational teams to reduce risk, ensure regulatory compliance and continuously improve safety performance in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Previous HSEQ or Health & Safety experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience (essential).
• Knowledge of PUWER, LOLER, RIDDOR and Fire Safety legislation.
• Good knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience with audits, investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong HSEQ culture across manufacturing and branch operations.
• Carry out audits, inspections and investigations to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Support managers with risk assessments, safe systems of work and practical solutions.
• Maintain HSEQ records, documentation and support ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality best practice.
• Monitor legal compliance, support audits and help deliver continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to help drive a strong Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality culture across our manufacturing and branch operations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with managers and operational teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk and continuously improve the way we work. From carrying out audits and investigations to supporting ISO management systems and coaching colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating safer workplaces and maintaining the high standards our customers and employees expect.

About You

You're an experienced HSEQ professional who enjoys being out in the business, building relationships and influencing positive change. You have a practical approach to Health & Safety, can confidently challenge where required and always look for solutions rather than simply identifying problems.

You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a multi-site environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You will have:
