Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading tier 1 contractor on a £300M Wiltshire project. You will lead the HSE strategy on site, report to the H&S Manager and help deliver industry-leading standards across the southwest.

Experience on large construction schemes (circa £100m+), strong knowledge of legislation, and excellent communication across all levels are essential. A proactive, team-oriented approach will help drive risk awareness and best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience driving H&S leadership in construction, preferably across projects circa £100m
• Strong understanding and knowledge of all construction health and safety legislation
• Ability to communicate across varying levels, influencing best practice and motivation
• Proactive and team player attitude

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver industry leading Health & safety standards and best practices
• Lead investigations and offer guidance and support surrounding investigation techniques and delivery measures
• Proactively promote Health & Safety standards from a legislation standpoint and company standards, promoting risk awareness throughout site team
