Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and health & safety audits.
• Advise site management on health & safety best practice and legislation.
• Support RAMS review and implementation.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Produce audit reports and track close-out actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and performance.
• Support development of health & safety systems and procedures.
• Build relationships with operational teams and stakeholders.
