Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to drive safety across complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the UK. This hybrid role focuses on audits, guidance, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Group Head of QHSE.

Travel across the UK is expected, with a mix of site visits and office collaboration. You will promote a strong safety culture, support project teams, and ensure compliance with UK legislation and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have NEBOSH General Certificate minimum.
• Experience in civil engineering/infrastructure sectors.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance assessments across civil projects.
• Support HSE management systems and their maintenance.
• Provide practical advice to operational teams and clients.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor legislative compliance and prepare reports.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture across sites.
• Collaborate with the Group Head of QHSE on initiatives.
