Job summary

The Health & Safety Adviser role is based in Middlesbrough with occasional travel to other sites. Salary circa £35,000 per annum, day shifts, with potential support towards NEBOSH General for the right person.

You will work within an established industrial business, reporting to a director and helping to strengthen health and safety across the site. The role offers opportunities to broaden experience into quality and other HSE areas as you develop.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of relevant health and safety experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial logistics is valuable.
• NEBOSH General is desirable, not essential.
• Willingness to learn and practical approach.

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety across a busy industrial site.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues and site team.
• Report to a director and contribute to workplace safety.
• Progress to quality and broader HSE responsibilities over time.
