Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• CSCS card holder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety ethos across the company and subcontractors.
• Ensure practices are safe and compliant with legislation.
• Review subcontractor documentation including safe systems of works.
• Assist in preparing health and safety strategies and internal policies.
• Lead and deliver health & safety initiatives.
• Assist in in-house training of managers and employees.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure policy implementation.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations.
