McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking an Assistant Health & Safety Advisor to join our growing Health & Safety Team on diverse construction and civil engineering projects.

You don’t need previous Health & Safety experience to apply. We will provide full training and support, making this an ideal start to a Health & Safety career, with development toward professional qualifications while working alongside experienced H&S professionals.

Formación

• Interest in Health & Safety and a desire to develop a career within the profession.
• Interest in working within the construction industry and promoting high Health & Safety standards.
• Good IT skills and confidence using technology.
• A positive, proactive and hardworking approach.
• The willingness to learn, develop new skills and undertake relevant professional qualifications.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with people at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Support H&S Advisors in promoting high standards of Health & Safety across our projects.
• Provide practical Health & Safety support to teams at all levels of the organisation.
• Assist with Health & Safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop your knowledge and experience through on-the-job learning and working alongside experienced H&S professionals.
• Work towards relevant Health & Safety qualifications as part of your professional development.
