Job summary

ATC Computer Transport & Logistics seeks a Health & Safety professional to support the Health & Safety Manager in planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s EH&S programs across departments and regions.

You will help develop a comprehensive occupational safety framework, conduct inspections, participate in investigations, deliver training, and advise on projects with new procedures. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant third‑level EHS qualification (preferred).
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar EHS role (essential).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to train and engage employees.
• Strong planning, organization, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Analytical problem-solver with initiative and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team, with resilience under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office; general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety systems, programs, and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture through the Safety Committee and employee engagement.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify safety, environmental, and occupational hazards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Review and approve customer site risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training, including monthly safety talks and health‑prevention programs.
• Monitor contractor compliance with Safety Policies.
• Act as a safety advisor on projects involving new or improved procedures.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Role:

In this role, you will support the Health & Safety Manager in planning, implementing, andmaintainingthe company’s environmental, health, and safety programs.
