Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) seeks a Health & Safety Manager to plan, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs across Europe operations. You will develop safety frameworks, conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, deliver training, and advise on projects to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–3 years in an EHS role, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a similar EHS role (essential).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and engage employees.
• Proficient in MS Office; general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Health & Safety systems, programs, and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture through the Safety Committee and employee engagement.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Review and approve customer site risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training, including monthly safety talks and health-prevention programs.
