Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our Health Safety & Environment Team.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to support the Head of Health Safety & Environment to promote and strengthen our existing health and safety culture. You should have a passion for Health & Safety, along with the knowledge and ability to inspire others.

What’s The Role?

The Leyland Facility is where Chicago Town Pizzas started over 30 years ago. We seek a dedicated individual with a drive for process improvement to join our state-of-the-art production facility and work alongside our teams making Dr. Oetker and Chicago Town branded pizzas.

As a key member of the HSE Team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a site-wide strategy to foster a sustainable culture of excellence.

Your role will focus on promoting our health and safety culture through training and audits. We seek an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with relevant Health & Safety knowledge and skills.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you will have a minimum of Nebosh Certificate and a desire to expand your knowledge. You should be a confident communicator with a professional attitude, capable of managing stakeholders and inspiring responsibility for HSE. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, meet deadlines, and make key decisions is essential.

This role is primarily days-based but may require outside hours and travel to Leeds or internationally.

You will lead efforts to analyze business drivers and deploy improvement initiatives to drive results.
