Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in software engineering with a focus on server-side programming and server management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by changing and managing system configurations, diagnosing and fixing issues, and providing post-installation and integration support.
• Create and review process and design documentation including work guidelines, specifications, and technical engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with partners to understand and analyze business specifications, recommend integration solutions, and resolve issues.
• Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions.
