Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare data. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and an hourly contract.

You will apply your EHR knowledge and data skills to assess clinical content, identify gaps, and provide expert feedback using clear rubrics. Collaboration is asynchronous, with opportunities for ongoing work. Experience with healthcare information systems and data quality assurance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with EHRs, healthcare data, or clinical reporting.
• Strong analytical skills in data interpretation and trend analysis.
• Ability to assess clinical information for accuracy and relevance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy and data integrity.
• Analyze healthcare and EHR data scenarios to identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs.
• Review AI reasoning across clinical workflows, reporting pipelines, and health information system contexts.
• Provide structured feedback with clear rubrics and written justifications.
• Flag issues related to data quality, clinical logic, or healthcare compliance.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
