Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to help train AI on healthcare IT workflows. You will evaluate AI-generated responses related to EHRs, system troubleshooting, and clinical operations, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning in healthcare contexts.

This remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the chance to work with leading AI research teams worldwide, applying real-world clinical expertise to cutting-edge AI models.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for clinical relevance and practical usefulness.
• Strong communication skills to convey feedback clearly.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare IT and EHR workflows.
